Return Eligibility
Eligible products must generally be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase. Contact us promptly after receiving the order to request return instructions.
Starting a Return
Email us with your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the request. Photographs or video may be required for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Used products, products damaged through misuse, personalized items, clearance items marked as final sale, gift cards and items returned without authorization may be ineligible for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the return results from a verified error by us, reasonable return arrangements may be provided. For preference-based returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider or financial institution. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters processing or has been shipped.
